Yes, we will provide you a superbill that you can send to your out of network insurance for possible reimbursement. We are also not eligible for Medicare however, please inquire for more details in regards to this.

Nope! Just schedule an appointment and we will handle the rest. After 10 visits or 30 days we will update your primary caregiver on how your progress is going.

We accept cash, credit card, FSA/HSA and venmo. If you are able to get a Letter of Medical Necessity form from a licensed medical provider then you are allowed to use your FSA/HSA for medical fitness or personal training as well.

There is no perfect answer to that, the goal is to get you to a place where we have eased the pain or improved the movement and then have provided you tools and education to continue your journey at home and hopefully decrease the chance of the pain reoccurring. We can always do occasional follow ups to make sure you are on the right track! Most clients do see benefits from 6-8 sessions.
