Our prep phase is designed to get you moving again. We will utilize movement patterns and exercises that will help you build a strong foundation for upcoming phases of training.

Our first appointment will include a comprehensive review of your current fitness. We will go over your goals and perform fitness testing to have base measurements of your starting point.

In the build phase we focus on refining your strengths to really meet your individual goals.

Step 3: Strengthen

The strength phase is where we focus on building muscle. More and more studies show that muscle is one of the keys to longevity.
