Physical Therapy
-
Experience the difference of 1:1 physical therapy — focused, efficient, and tailored entirely to you.
Invest in precision care. With 1:1 physical therapy, you get a dedicated clinician whose priority is restoring your function, eliminating pain, and getting you back to what you love — stronger and smarter than before.
Why choose 1:1 physical therapy?
Better outcomes: Every session is only focused on you. Most big box clinics allow therapists to see 3-4 patients at once, leaving you with about 20 minutes of individualized one-on-one time. This limits the skilled therapy and leaves clients feeling like their time was wasted or even worse the clients are on their own performing exercises incorrectly.
Improved education: The most important aspect of therapy is education. With increased one-on-one time the therapist is able to take time to discuss the important aspects of long term recovery and most importantly have enough time to listen to the client and their questions.
Improved progress: Increased hands- on time means that the therapist is going to be able to find those slight nuisances that are going to improve your chances for long term recovery.

Cash-based physical therapy delivers faster results, clearer value, and a patient-first experience. At Continuum Physio Fitness, we’ve designed a cash model to give you unlimited access to high-quality care without the constraints of insurance.
Why choose cash-based physical therapy vs standard PT model
1 hour- 1 hour and a half hours of skilled/individualized care vs 20 minutes of care during a one hour session. Cash based allows for extended evaluations and more hands on treatment for the entire hour, not just a few minutes while the therapist is treating 2-3 others.
Freedom to treat without following insurance red tape vs Insurance dictating what we can and cant treat. Cash based allows a whole system approach to improvement instead of focusing on a single body part.
Upfront and transparent costs, you know what you are paying for vs hidden fees, surprise costs and late bills. Cash based has no surprise copays or denied claims. You get what you pay for.
Visiting PT 1-2x a week with complete focused attention and a recovery plan to get you better with less visits vs traveling to your in-network PT 3x a week hoping to see results and paying a copay each visit. Cash based can end up being more cost effective, getting you better with less visits.
No waiting, schedule your appointment when it easiest for you vs Not being able to schedule when needed due to insurance red tape. Cash based allows you to start therapy sooner, which improves outcomes.
